Employment opportunity

Our staff is the greatest asset to Dialysis Systems Management

Four Ways we show our staff appreciation

Involvement

DSM discusses the future and goals of the company with all our staff, along with their place within it. Consider what they have to say and give them credit for their input. By doing this, we feel it shows they are important to us personally and the success of our organization.

Investment

DSM offers opportunities for advancement. If promotions are not possible, then we help level-up their skills and learn new ones. Provide coaching and training session and cover the costs of outside education opportunities. We know our staff feel appreciated when they can see we care about their professional development.

Communication

DSM does not wait for performance reviews or end-of-year events to give employees the recognition they deserve. We have a daily communication system in place to communicate daily assignments and to speak well of staff and their achievements. Also, this system gives a platform for peer-recognition in which staff can praise each other for jobs well done and identify behaviors that led to their success.

“Thank you”

DSM believes regularly saying “Thank You” fosters a more welcoming and respectful environment and helps staff know they are appreciated.  We think appreciation can be given in many ways, through engagement, involvement, investment, or recognition.
